Full-Tilt Perversion
The rainbow is a sign of God’s covenant with all of His creation that He will never again destroy the earth with a global flood. He initiated this covenant with Noah and his family following the Great Flood. You can read about it in Genesis 9:8-17.
One truly disturbing aspect of the homosexual movement is that they have co-opted God’s covenant sign to be associated with their perverted lifestyle. Even the Obama Administration has joined in this perversion by bathing the White House, the official residence of the President of the United States, in the colors of the rainbow. I would call this a full-tilt perversion. I understand why it matters so much to homosexuals that the world accept and condone their perversion, but I wonder why this matters so much to the President and to other heterosexual sympathizers. It is particularly disturbing to me that people who call themselves Christians think perhaps God simply overlooks this sort of behavior. Let me warn you: God hasn’t changed His mind about this matter.
Perversion — in case you need enlightening — means using something in a way it was not designed or intended to be used. Sexual activity, for instance, is reserved by God between a single man and a single woman who have entered into a lifelong covenant with each other to love, honor, and support one another and to engage in this sexual activity only with each other until one of them dies. This is the true definition of marriage. To define it any other way is to pervert it, to apply it in a way God never intended. The fact that God has instituted this holy estate of matrimony as one of His very first acts following creation is all humanity needs to know. He didn’t create Adam and Steve; He created Adam and Eve, and from them came all of humanity. The fact that two homosexuals cannot procreate with each other is further proof that they are acting against God’s design and intention.
Since the rest of the world tends to watch and follow the USA’s actions on a great many matters, it won’t be long now before other nations begin adopting the same governmental approval of this perversion. In fact, the country of Ireland actually has the distinction of being the first to adopt approval of homosexual marriage as a nationally-condoned lifestyle (see article at CNS News). Once this contagion of perversion begins spreading around the globe, the end of the age will have fully arrived.
Once Jesus comes on the scene and sets up His own throne for the final 1,000 years before eternity begins, He will rule with a rod of iron (compare Psalm 2:9; Revelation 2:27; Revelation 12:5; and Revelation 19:15). By ruling with a rod of iron, I think it means He will not use the same mild-mannered approach He took during His first coming when He allowed Himself to suffer and die at the hands of evil men. In other words, He won’t govern by democracy; He will rule as the King of kings and Lord of lords forever.
I, for one, can’t wait for that day to come. Until then, however, I will continue to speak against the evils of this present world and warn the wicked to repent. As Jesus preached during His earthly ministry, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17 NKJV). If you aren’t ready for Jesus’ return, there’s no time like the present to get ready!
A Sense of Foreboding?
All around the world there seems to be a strong sense of foreboding about the future, but a foreboding of what? Is something BIG about to happen in America and the rest of the world? Current events and anticipated near-future events appear to indicate so.
Bible prophecy preachers like me have been warning people to prepare for the Lord’s return for nearly 2,000 years now, but it seems like some folks are finally starting to pay a little more attention these days than they have at any time since Jesus ascended into Heaven. Why? Could it be because so many of the events prophesied in the Scriptures are finally coming to pass?
Previously, scoffers in America regularly retorted that there have always been earthquakes, pestilences, wars, and rumors of wars, but now those earthquakes, pestilences, wars, and rumors of wars are getting much closer to home. Not only has California continued to experience earthquakes, but in recent years Oklahoma, Washington, D. C., and even Alabama have experienced them, too. Interestingly enough, the Washington Post has also written a story on Alabama’s surprisingly numerous recent earthquakes. If you’re interested in knowing whether your own state has experienced any recent earthquakes, check out the U. S. Geological Survey site for a state-by-state listing.
Besides this inexplicable increase in earthquakes across the U. S., there is also the spread of the deadly Ebola virus all the way from Africa to America and the threat of attacks by ISIS and other so-called lone wolf Muslim terrorists. Is there anything else that should give us pause to reflect and consider? Well, I recently read the following articles which I recommend to you for further insight.
7 Key Events That Are Going to Happen by the End of September
Something Else Coming in September: A UN Resolution Establishing a Palestinian State
U. S. Remains on Perilous Shemitah Course
Instead of an “October Surprise” it looks like the surprise could be coming in September this year. Of course, it could also happen in September of next year (which will be the end of the latest biblical Jubilee), or the next year. . . .
The point is that we must always remain at the ready. Jesus once told His younger brothers, “. . . ‘My time has not yet come, but your time is always ready’ ” (John 7:6 NKJV). He meant that they (and we) could die at any time without warning. Therefore, just because we may be young and healthy right now does not mean we could not be killed in an accident or be diagnosed with a terminal illness later today.
If you died before your next breath, where would you spend eternity? Are you absolutely certain it would be with Jesus? Do you know what it really means to be “saved” for the Kingdom of God? I explain all of this and much more in great detail in my book The Salvation of the LORD. In it I discuss such pertinent topics as the character of God, the origin of sin, how to live with our sin nature, the lineage of the Savior, the importance and meaning of God’s name and Jesus’ name, the truth about the doctrines of predestination and the unpardonable sin, the final judgment, everlasting life, and how to know you’re safe in the Kingdom of God.
If you don’t have an assurance of your soul’s salvation at this very moment, you don’t have to wait to get my book to be saved. You can ask Jesus to be the Savior of your soul right here and now. It’s as simple and sure as saying this short prayer:
Dear God, I know I’ve sinned against You by violating Your commandments. Please forgive me! I turn away from my sins right now. Please come into my heart by Your Holy Spirit this very moment, guide me into Your truth, and help me to live for You forevermore. Amen!
If you just prayed that prayer with a sincere and humble heart, you can trust God to keep His promise to save your soul from eternal damnation in Hell. Now that you have entered into an everlasting covenant with God by faith, strive to live for Him from now on by obeying His commandments as they are outlined in the Old and New Testament Scriptures of The Holy Bible. If you have any questions, or if you’d like to share your new confession of faith with the rest of the world, please add your comments at the end of this article.
PC Magazine’s Antivirus Reviews
If you’re looking for trustworthy advice on which is the best firewall and antivirus software to protect your computer(s), both paid and free, then look no further than PC Magazine‘s (PCMAG) antivirus reviews. I rely on PCMAG for their well-tested advice and I highly commend their recommendations to you. Here is a list of the pertinent antivirus reviews they’ve recently published:

My Personal Horror Story and Testimonial
Speaking from personal experience, I strongly agree with their evaluation of Zone Alarm’s antivirus. I highly recommend you avoid Zone Alarm’s antivirus software, whether included in a free or paid suite or as a stand-alone. While their firewall is hands down the best, their antivirus leaves you with a false sense of security.
As a highly satisfied user of their free firewall software for several years, I had such confidence in them that I finally decided to buy a multiple license of the Zone Alarm Extreme Security suite, which included their antivirus software, thinking all my computers would be as well protected as possible. It took only one miss of a virus in the winter of 2012 (as I later ascertained from the source of the virus) which was continually missed in regular scans until the summer of 2012 to convince me never to pay to use their software again! I knew something was wrong, but Zone Alarm’s antivirus scans kept assuring me there was no virus found on my computer.
After finally detecting the virus with a deep scan but then failing to restore normal functionality to my computer after removing the virus, I finally had to back up my entire host of user-created files and then re-install my entire OS (not to mention re-installing all my personally-obtained software and catching up on all the Windows updates since I’d bought my computer!). I then uninstalled Zone Alarm Extreme Security and, on the advice of a trusted friend who used to sell computers and their amenities, I purchased McAfee Total Protection. As an intermediate option at the time, I had been using a trial version of Norton Internet Security suite (which came with my OEM installation) until I could decide on which security suite to switch to permanently.
While Norton may have actually been the better choice, I haven’t had another infestation since 2012. In fact, prior to switching to Zone Alarm Extreme Security, I had always used Zone Alarm’s free firewall and AVG’s free antivirus together and had never had a virus during the ten or more years I used them. The only other time I had ever experienced a computer virus was back in 1999, which was the incident that actually prompted me to begin using antivirus protection! Nevertheless, in order to save money and stay well protected at the same time, I’ve decided to take PCMAG’s advice and go back to using Zone Alarm’s free firewall with AVG’s free antivirus together. Because I’ve used both of these free products as a team with such success in the past, I’m ready to trust them again.
My Personal Recommendation
With such effective protection with these free products, why pay my hard-earned money for negligible improvement? Of course, you’ll have to make up your own mind about what you think is best for you.

Are Google Ads Sometimes Scams?
Even though I rarely click on the paid search links that Google annoyingly permits at the top of every search results page, maybe you do. If so, I strongly recommend you read the following article before ever clicking on another Google search results link.
Is Google Profiteering From Online Fraud?
Google should be ashamed of themselves for failing to verify all paid search ads before permitting them onto the very top of their search results pages. If they don’t announce that they’ve rectified this problem soon, I will give serious consideration to switching to Bing and Yahoo for my search engine results. Maybe you should, too.
